The Guizhou University site has all the modern equipment and facilities for modelling, integration and optimization research for the work packages in this project.  ISSIT focuses on three complementary areas: agent-based intelligent control and intelligent optimization, particularly in uncertain optimization.  It has advanced computing equipment and facilities, including two  laboratories:  Control  theory and  computational  intelligence,  and  intelligent information processing.
