The ULTRACEPT board meetings are held at least once a year in person and every six months though internet and conference video calls.

Meetings cover:

• Managing the secondments, managing finances
• Monitoring research by reviewing targets, deliverables and promoting synergies between different project activities
• Managing project deliverables, dissemination, IP’s, publications, workshops, and training seminars
• Managing the project website, internal and external communications
• Periodic reporting of progress/activity as required by the EU
